Refunds

What can be refunded, what cannot, and how a refund is paid.

What is refunded

A deposit that did not activate a plan: a wrong amount, a deposit without its reference, a deposit made for an order that had already been paid, or a plan that we could not deliver. Write to us from the e-mail address of your account with the transaction hash; we check it on the chain.

What is not refunded

A plan once activated, for the time already elapsed or the credits already used; credits, which are not money (see the terms of use and sale); the end of a plan you did not renew; a plan you stopped using.

A plan paid for 6 months or 12 months is paid in advance at its discounted price and is not partially refunded.

How a refund is paid

A refund is a manual operation. It is paid in USDC on Arbitrum One, from our locker, by a signing ceremony of its operator, to the wallet address that made the deposit, within fourteen days of our answer. Network fees of the original deposit are not refunded.
