The pilot

A pilot that plays one day at a time,
inside the lines you drew.

Give it a charter (markets, size, how far it may go) and a mandate your wallet signs. Each day it reads the market, decides, places its orders with their stops, and writes down what it did and why. You can stop it at any moment, from the key or the day's tab. It cannot move your money out.

Reader. The day's texts talk about rates and the ECB. No figures read, only the words.

Trader. Long ETH, a limit inside the lower third of the week, and what would prove me wrong.

The charter

What it may trade, and how.

The mandate

What it may never exceed, signed offline on your wallet.

The day

Read, decide, place, report.

The stop

From the key, from the day's tab, by shortcut, or lpa lock.

A day, in order

  1. The guard, without a model: a trade in progress, a position it did not open, a limit of the day before cancelled, the circuit breaker.
  2. The dossier of the day, frozen with its fingerprint: the candles, the funding, the open interest, the calendar, the headlines.
  3. The reader, who sees the texts alone and gives a climate; then the trader, who proposes a side, an entry, a stop and a target, and what would prove it wrong.
  4. The verdicts of the code on the levels: the market, the order of the prices, the stop in daily ATRs, the gain against the risk, the events to come.
  5. The size by the risk, the quote, the whole cost of the trade, and the verdicts on the money.
  6. The order with its stop and its target, every step written before the next one starts, and the day's outcome said by name.

Several days may pass without an order, and they cost almost nothing: it is the method waiting, not a breakdown.

What it may never do

  • Withdraw or send your funds: the agent key Hyperliquid approves cannot, and the program refuses before the venue does.
  • Exceed the mandate: the sizes, the leverage, the markets and the orders a day it allows are checked by the code on every order.
  • Keep going after you said stop: from the key, from the day's tab, by shortcut, or with lpa lock, which takes the key out of memory.

In simulation first

The pilot plays in simulation by default, with the same code a real day uses. Run it for a week, read each day in the day's tab or with lpa pilot day, and go live only when nothing surprises you any more.

Questions

Questions about the pilot

Can it withdraw my funds?

No. The signed mandate does not allow it, and the program refuses any withdrawal before it reaches the venue.

What does a day cost?

A few credits with the included model; the exact figure is written after each day. A day without a trade costs almost nothing.

And if I close the computer?

The pilot runs in the background on your machine, or on a server of yours with <code>lpa service install</code>; your stops rest at Hyperliquid.
